​We've been providing project management consulting services to clients from Australia and beyond since 2010. We support both Government departments and private entities in developing and constructing significant infrastructure projects. Our people deliver multi-disciplinary business cases, undertake strategic and procurement planning and manage the delivery of critical infrastructure.
With a focus on efficiency and collaboration, we work with clients to create and deliver customized project execution plans to optimise the delivery of their projects. Grant Flekser - Managing Director
Grant Flekser brings over 20 years of experience in major project delivery, infrastructure logistics, and commercial advisory across mining, energy, and utilities sectors. With an engineering degree and proven track record spanning government, tier-one consulting, and private enterprise.
